Quiet Sunday

Today has been a quiet day for me as I can still not go to church, still have the tubes in me from the operation. Lord willing they will come out on April 1 along with the stitches. Janice was able to attend church with some dear friends.
While home I worked some more the taxes, having to file to states this year so there is a bit more work but we"ll get some money back.
We are very slowly getting packed but Janice is still very tired but seems to be getting better. At this time we are looking to move the 3rd week of April, stopping on the way south to candidate at a church so please remember us in your prayers.
Janice remains the special angel she is by caring for me and fixing mixing meals when she needs to rest. I am so blessed to have her as my wife, wish I was as good for her.
Talked with my grandson Saxon today, always a joy to hear from him.

Sunday, March 30 B log

Heard from a church in North Carolina looking for a pastor so Bruce is sending a resume. We will probably stop on the way to Live Oak and candidate at the church. We plan to go ahead and establish a base home in Live Oak.
I was watching a Cash in the Attic SHow yesterday and saw where a man is trying to establish a breeding home for German shepherds and thought of the idea to buy a German shepherd pup and donate to the police dept as a K-9 pup in my dad's memory. He loved them so much.
Its another Lord's day. Celebrate Him fully today.

Janice Blog

I would like to introduce you to myself and Bruce. We met on Christian Cafe. com over 4-1/2 yrs ago and were married at Toccoa Falls Ga in May 2005. We were blessed to go on a mission trip to Croatia and Kosovo in 2006 and met a beautiful couple who were baptized into Christ in our hotel bathroom then.
I have two fabulous children Heather a beautiful and talented dancer and Brian a loving spirited handsome young man. Heather lives in Brooklyn and Brian lives in Georgia.
I have a brother who just recently returned from India on a mission trip and lives in Ga with his wife and son where he is an atheletic director and she is a teacher in public school.
My oldest brother, Roy, is deceased but has a daughter in Spartanburg who is a loving person that we wish we got to see more. Her mom returned to Georgia to be closer to her family.
My sister, a very talented nurse lives in Macon and just bought a house.
Bruce has two wonderful daughters, Heather and Theresa who have blessed him with grandchildren, Kyla, Rhiannon, and Saxon.
Bruce has a sister, and 3 brothers. They all live in different parts of the US. One lives in Ky, one in Ga, l in Arizona, l in Michighan.
Have a great day in the LORD.

A beginning

This is the first of the bloggs by the Harris, we pray that they interest you and will service as an example of how God works in the life of this one family.

We will go into more detail in the next few days and weeks as my strength improves as I recover from my least hernia operation.

Very quickly we have resigned from the ministry at the Auburn Advent Christian church in Maine and are planning to move to Dowling Park Fl area the end of April the first of May

Yours in the service of Christ
